Each player is permitted exactly one jap777 account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Withdrawals are paid only to accounts registered in the same name as the jap777 account. Third-party transfers are strictly prohibited.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal may be requested. The specific rollover multiplier, eligible games, and validity period for each bonus are stated at the time the promotion is offered.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts.
3.2 When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name (as it appears on your national identity document), a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number, and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. jap777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify jap777 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. jap777 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation.
3.5 jap777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, and without liability to the applicant.
4.1 In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards, jap777 requires all Players to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. KYC may also be triggered for large deposits, unusual activity patterns, or at jap777's discretion.

5.1 jap777 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The list of accepted methods is subject to change; current methods are always displayed on the deposit page within your Account.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet channels (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and Rp 25.000 for bank transfer channels. Maximum deposit limits vary by channel and are displayed at the time of deposit.
5.3 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same legal name as the jap777 Account. jap777 will not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties.
5.4 Deposits are generally credited to your jap777 Account instantly (for e-wallets and most major bank transfers) or within 5 to 15 minutes where automated confirmation is pending. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes, contact support with proof of transfer.
5.5 jap777 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which jap777 accepts no responsibility.
5.6 jap777 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or where the payment method does not meet our verification requirements.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose Accounts have been fully KYC-verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 across all channels.
6.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet in the Player's own name. jap777 does not process withdrawals to credit cards, third-party accounts, or cryptocurrency wallets.
6.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

During peak periods, public holidays (including Idul Fitri and other Indonesian national holidays), or when additional verification is required, processing may take longer. jap777 aims to complete all withdrawal requests within 24 hours under normal circumstances.
6.5 Players must ensure that any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds have been fully met before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before Wagering Requirements are satisfied will be declined, and the Bonus Funds will remain subject to the outstanding rollover obligation.
6.6 jap777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction, or that form part of a pattern of large cumulative withdrawals.
7.1 jap777 may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published at the time the bonus is offered and which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money funds in your Account. Real-money funds are always used first when placing bets. Once your real-money balance reaches zero, Bonus Funds may be used.
7.3 All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement multiplier (typically expressed as "turnover" or "rollover") varies by promotion and is stated at the time of claiming the bonus. A typical requirement may be 10x, 20x, or 30x the bonus amount.
If you claim a 100% Deposit Bonus of Rp 500.000 with a 20x turnover requirement, you must place a total of Rp 10.000.000 (500.000 × 20) in qualifying bets before you may request a withdrawal of the bonus or associated winnings.
7.4 Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots (including slot gacor titles from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and others) typically contribute 100%. 7.7 Players may opt out of receiving bonuses at any time by contacting support. Once opted out, any active bonus in your Account will be removed. You may opt back in at any time, subject to eligibility for future promotions.
8.1 All bets placed on jap777 are final and binding once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing each bet before confirming it. jap777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except in cases where there is a clear technical error on the part of the Platform.
8.2 Where a market is suspended or closed, any bets placed during the suspension or after closure will be void and stakes returned.
